• Once a student is selected for Nallas, the institution ensures that they do not participate in any
other placement programs.

• During their internship, students are required to work from the Nallas office, except during exams.

 • The institution identifies the top students solely based on their academic performance. It is
important to note that there won't be any mass interview conducted by Nallas.

• The selection process will primarily involve an aptitude written test and a practical technical
written test. We encourage students to exercise their freedom and choose their preferred
programming language to create an executable program.

• Out of the attended students, only the top coders will advance to the next stage.

• Following a group discussion, the students will select for face-to-face HR and Technical
discussion.

 • We would like to stress that Nallas will issue an offer letter on the same day, guaranteeing an
internship and employment. After producing their degree certificate, the student will be
designated as a trainee engineer.

• It is imperative to understand that the selected candidates stays with Nallas for minimum
period of 30 months from the beginning of engagement.

• Breaching the bond during the internship period will result in paying back the training
investment of Rs. 5,00,000. Similarly, breaching the bond during employment will result in
paying back the cost of professional development and training of Rs. 10,00,000 to the
organization.

• Once the internship is successfully completed, an attractive salary package of 4-8 lakh per
annum will be offered based on the candidate's skills.
