ABOUT ME

As a Leave Coordinator at Tenet Healthcare, I managed the leave


administration process for over 500 employees, ensuring compliance
with federal and state laws and company policies. I collaborated with
managers, HR partners, and third-party vendors to provide timely and
accurate information, guidance, and support to employees on leave-
related matters. I also maintained and updated the leave database and
records, and prepared reports and audits as required.

I have a strong background in customer support and human resources,


having worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Amazon for over a
year, where I handled onboarding and shared services for new hires and
existing employees. I leveraged my skills in Microsoft Excel,
communication, and problem-solving to deliver high-quality customer
satisfaction and retention.
