Evidence Of Communication

The cultural exchange began with a video conference where the Dutch students and our
group were introduced to each other and both sides exchanged cultural questions. Despite
minor language barriers, communication was successful. Our next interaction took place
offline in the Netherlands, where we engaged in various activities like singing, dancing, a
beach clean-up, museum visits, ice skating, and more delightful activities gaining insights
into Dutch culture without significant communication issues. The final interaction was an
online meeting to discuss research results. Although there were slight microphone issues,
we resolved them by using chat alongside the discussion. All five members participated in
each interaction.
