INTRODUCTION

Model F1086, the fully automated process of Integrated Hydraulic
System can be run independently with its cooperative control
system throughout the production process, Collaborative Robot
System pick up the box from pre-designed place, transfer onto
a non-stop conveyor belt, by reaching at the end, RFID sensor
will scan the RFID tag which attached on the box, the signal
scanned from RFID will delivers to hydraulic system, when it
detects the box is under different category, hydraulic system
will perform its action by pushing its pressure through hydraulic
cylinder for classify the box .There are numerous of advantage
for adapting automation process, it can achieve low cost and
high productivity performance to the industry.
Model F1086 comes with the package of RFID system,
Collaborative System, Conveyor System, Hydraulic System and
Workstation. Process control and monitoring can be done from
