Your Development Plan

Included in this course is an example of a brief development plan. It’s the management and
work you put into the document, not the creating of the document that will determine your trader
destiny.

In the tasks section, what specific actions will you take to resolve the issue? They can be brief,
such as ‘have spouse pick up kids on Wednesday’s’. Other items may require a more detailed
action or actions. If resolved, make a note of it on your plan and move it to your completed
section of the plan.

Perhaps you have an opportunity to learn more about your trading platform. You’re comfortable
with the basic trade entries but noticed there are other features that can help you and your
business. Take an advanced training video course or review the online tutorials.

Send any updates to your coach or accountable person and make them a stakeholder in your
development. In the end, you are ultimately accountable for your success and development. The
plan is an ever-revolving document designed to move you into the 10% of those who’ve earned
their way into the success quadrant.
