Dear Ankit,

On behalf of APTCODER (Under SNN Eduworld Pvt. Ltd.), we are excited to extend an
offer to you for the Sales & Marketing Manager with our organization. This position is
to work from home/office(as per company requirements),as per the NDA. The initial
three months are probation period.

This position is scheduled to begin from 1st March, 2024 for Sales & Marketing
Manager. Only Sunday is considered as off, however, in some extraordinary
circumstances, individuals may be called to work on that day as well, as the need arises.
The same will be compensated on some other day in the coming week, with mutual
understanding. You will also be working on market research, and other similar tasks
related to Sales & Marketing. This position will give you detailed insights on
organizational work exposure and the opportunity to engage with industry experts. In
this role, you will report directly to the CEO of APTCODER. Please be sure to submit
the necessary documents via email latest by 9PM by 26th February 2024 to complete
your profile and start your boarding process. On daily basis you need to email the
progress report of the day, failing which it will be considered as leave for the day and
same will be adjusted in your salary.

The salary will be credited to your account by 1st(maximum of upto 15 delays may
occur)of every subsequent month, considering you met the targets of the
corresponding month. During your employment with APTCODER, you may have
access to trade secrets and confidential or proprietary business information belonging
to APTCODER. By accepting this offer, you acknowledge that this information must
remain confidential and agree to refrain from using it for your own purposes or
disclosing it to anyone outside of APTCODER. In addition, you agree that upon
completion of your engagement with APTCODER, you will promptly return any
company-issued property and equipment along with information and documents
belonging to the company. In case of resignation/termination or at the request of

the company to return the company property, you must return to it without fail in due time and if you are
not returning the company property, the same will be considered as loss to the company and this loss will
be calculated by the company at its own discretion and same will be levied at you and will be charged
from you, while your full and final settlement with the company. By accepting this offer, you
acknowledge that you understand the contractual nature of the said post and it does not offer regular
employment. In case, you have joined during any time of the month, then your salary will be released
post verification of your target achievements, as per the offer letter. In such cases a delay may occur as
30 days is the window to calculate your targets.

This offer letter represents the full extent of the Sales & Marketing Manager offer and supersedes any
prior conversations about the position. Changes to this agreement may only be made in writing. If you
have any questions about this offer please contact our recruitment department, before starting the Sales
& Marketing Manager’s position. Please review this letter in full, and sign and return it via an email to

• Please note-
Minimum monthly target corresponding to the salary is compulsory to be achieved, in
order to draw any salary from day1. Incentives can only be provided from the company
when the minimum essential target is met. The further bifurcation is as follows:

a. If individual be able to achieve the target of1 lakh in first month, then INR50,000
will be provided as salary and rest of the amount will be considered for incentives,
as per the above table. The same applies for the second month onwards.
b. If individual be able to achieve the target of any amount less than INR 50,000, the
salary will be considered corresponding to amount of sale generated in that
particular month and as per below mentioned points.
1. In the case of point b, if the person is able to achieve the sale of any amount
between INR 35,000- INR 50,000 then they will be offered the salary of
INR50,000 in that particular month with no incentives.
2. In the case, if the person is able to achieve the sale of any amount between
INR 2,000- INR 34,999, they will be offered the salary of INR 35,000.
3. In case, if the person is able to achieve the target of 0- INR 1,999. Then
there will not be any salary offered for the concerned month.
4. Further to point b, if the person is able to achieve the sale of 2 lakh then
they will be offered salary of INR50,000 and rest of the amount would be
considered for incentive as mentioned.
c. Please note, initial three months are contractual and hence are very important for
the individual to get a possible full-time opportunity at the organization, as per the
company requirements and policy. Post successfully completion of these three
months, including achieving all the essential targets, the company may offer the
individual with further hike in salary (ranging between 10%to 30% against average
salary of these three months). The percentage of hike is completely dependent on
the targets achieved in these three months and at the full discretion of the
management of APTCODER.
d. On completion of point d, the company may also give position hike, along with the
suitable salary hike, after three months (as per the above-mentioned points). The
final decision will completely be at the discretion of the management of
APTCODER.
e. Please note that, the target here is representing the amount credited in the company
account. The amount which is in purchase order but not credited in company
account will not be calculated for the target part. Only the amount which has been
credited in company account will be considered for target part. However, Purchase
order be considered to not termination of the current employment, considering the
above rules and regulations will be applied further.

Car-Rs.7.5/Km(Outside Delhi NCR)
*You should have your own bike/Car for the said purpose with valid documents, as
prescribed by Govt. of India. Before any visit, Email of vehicle reading (checked in

Terms of Working & Targets & Payouts

TERMS OF WORKING

• You are authorized to perform and represent APTCODER under the role of
Manager –Sales and Marketing not limited to the Delhi NCR region.
• You will be expected to perform the - Sales & Marketing Manager’s
activity for ensuring the Sales & Marketing related activities for
APTCODER solutions and courses among the B2C (individual Students)
and B2B (Schools & Institutes) category.
• You are expected to provide correct and true information (In written consent with
the management) on the available courses for Computer Coding for eligible
students and institute s. You will be sole responsible for any false information,
which is otherwise not provided to you in writings by the company.
• You must make sure to not use any unprofessional, unethical or violent language
while having a conversation with any parents, students or any potential customer.
Doing so is a punishable offense, as per the law of the land.
• You are expected to perform Sales activities for bringing PAID Business to the
company In terms of Individual Courses being sold and School Solutions
being sold in the respective region.
• In B2C your responsibilities are to approach the interested Parents, individual
students and other related audiences, educate them about the courses, enroll them for
registration/demo class, get the demo class timely conducted, follow up for the
demo and be available for all the demo booked by you and then the proper sales of
the Online Live Class Courses. Timely Payment Collection and ensuring the smooth
functioning of the classes for the students who has opted for the courses. In case,
you miss any demo (scheduled by you), you must update us in advance via email, or
else, it will be considered as your non-seriousness towards the work.
• The company, at the initial three months of engagement, will not be providing any
leads. You are solely responsible in self-generation of the leads, which does not
involve any financial inclusion of APTCODER. You need to make sure to not use
any way, which is otherwise not recommended by various government bodies to
generation of the same.
• In B2B expectations is for approaching the schools and institutions in the region,
arrange for the meetings with School Management/Principal and inform them on the
course offerings and how as per NEP 2020 it is proposed to introduce Computer
Coding from class 6th Onwards. Also needs to inform them the benefits of
APTCODER courses and how the pedagogy of the courses can be clubbed with their
current schedule. Arrange for the 1 week Paid/Unpaid demo with the batch of any
grade.
• On the successful completion of the Online School Demo for a selected Batch,
approach and submit the techno- commercial proposal to school and arrange for the
Purchase Order, Delivery and implementation of the courses and timely collection of
the payment.
• Also Participate, suggest and arrange for relevant marketing-related activities in the
region to create awareness of the brand and courses.
• ForB2C, no allowance will be offered to you. However, for B2B, the company

will provide you with allowances, as mentioned in this offer letter, subjected to the
fact that you must take a prior written confirmation from the management.
• All the above activities will need to be conducted with prior written approval from
the management and adhere to, as per the company policy, brand guidelines and
management decision and discretion. No verbal communication in any regard will
be considered and only written communication will be considered for final
conclusion.
• In all the cases, we recommend you to focus on achieving on targets in your initial
engagement, rather than focusing on any specific area of B2B or B2B. This is to
ensure that you should achieve your targets and you may draw the salary, as per
this offer letter.

TARGETS & PAYOUTS:-

• As a Sales and Marketing Manager representative in the region there are some
targets which this position needs to deliver to be considered for payouts and
further promotions.
• The above Targets and Achievements are cumulative and will be added on month-
on-month basis.
• You need to make sure, that you send us update on targets, achievement and
conversion on daily basis via email. Failing to do so, on regular basis, will be
considered as non- adherence to the company guidelines and the company may take
appropriate action. Furthermore, you must submit via email, weekly achievement
before Monday of coming week, in excel format. Failing to do so will be considered
as your non sincerity towards your work. In case of any leverage in this point, you
must take a prior written email confirmation from the management in order to not
consider this point during your final evaluation after three months, for further hike.
• The leads would be considered as your leads, whomsoever, give the prior written
confirmation of that lead via email. Only after this the lead would be considered on
his/her behalf.
• The Annual Booking will be subject to the Net of the Money collected from the
B2C& B2B customers. In case there is any default on the payment by the customer
the same will be deducted from that month’s Annual Booking Amount.
• This payment amount will be subject to respective applicable taxes and will be paid
on month-on-month basis.
• The above numbers are subject to validation and confirmation by
management and internal operations teams.

The target achieved and revenue generated will be calculated for the first 3 months and
accordingly, the regular monthly fixed salary payout will be finalized by the Management
depending upon the feedback received from the Mentors and as per the company
requirement. The further details have already been mentioned in the offer letter.
