Choose healthy foods
What can you do to make healthy food choices?
Eat a variety of foods. Try to eat food from each
of these four groups every day.

! fruits and vegetables ! milk products

An adult should eat 2 to 3 servings per day.

An adult should eat 7 to 10 servings per day.
