SEKOLAH TINGGI ILMU KESEHATAN KENDEDES MALANG TAHUN 2020 SELP AWARENESS (KESADARAN INTERPERSONAL DALAM HUBUNGAN INTERPERSONAL)
Kesadaran diri merupakan keadaan dimana seseorang dapat memahami
dirinya sendiri dengan benar adanya (Mendatu, 2010). Kesadaran diri bisa dibedakan menjadi dua, yakni : 1. Kesadaran diri public Orang yang memiliki kesadaran diri publik berperilaku mengarah keluar dirinya. Artinya, tindakan-tindakannya dilakukan dengan harapan agar diketahui orang lain. 2. Kesadaran diri pribadi. Orang dengan kesadaran diri pribadi tinggi berkebalikan dengan kesadaran diri publik. Tindakannya mengikuti standar dirinya sendiri. Mereka tidak peduli norma sosial. Kesadaran diri atau (self-awareness) di yakini merupakan satu dari sekian kunci keberhasilan hidup. salah satu defensi dari self-awareness menyebutkan, ada 3 hal yang harus di kenali dan di sadari sepenuhnya, yaitu: 1. nilai dan tujuan yang di miliki; 2. kebiasaan, gaya, kekuatan dan kelemahan diri; 3. hubungan antara perasaan,pemikiran dan tingkah laku. Rumus ABC; 1. affect [perasaan], 2. behavior [tingkah laku] 3. cognition [pemikiran], Yang menentukan kualitas hidup bukanlah seberapa banyaknya pengalaman tetapi seberapa banyaknya kesadaran akan apa yang kita alami Manfaat kesadaran diri di antaranya adalah: 1. Memahami diri kita dalam berhubungan dengan orang lain. 2. Mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan kemampuan diri. 3. Menetapkan pilihan hidup dan karir yang akan dicapai. 4. Mengembangkan hubungan kerja dengan orang lain. 5. Memahami nilai diversity. 6. Meningkatkan produktivitas. 7. Meningkatkan kemampuan peran serta kita pada organisasi, lingkungan, dan keluarga. Ada beberapa cara untuk mengenal diri yaitu analisa diri, melalui pengamatan orang lain, ada bersama orang lain, dan variasi pengalaman hidup. Hubungan interpersonal memainkan peranan yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas hubungan antara para pimpinan dengan karyawan- karyawan dan akan sangat penting dalam membangun kerja sama yang efektif. Prinsip dasar dari metode pembelajaran interpersonal development ini adalah partisipasi karyawan magang dalam setiap pembelajaran yang meliputi inisiatif, kreativitas dan partisipasi karyawan itu sendiri.
