I, ___________________________________, agree to the following guidelines and expectations.
These rules will apply for both before and on tour expectations.
A. Punctuality will be essential, especially for morning departures and tours.
B. Neatness and cleanliness – for myself, as well as my hotel room and tour bus – is expected. I also agree to avoid wearing inappropriate clothing. C. Excessive noise, especially in hotel halls and especially at night, is inconsiderate and unacceptable. D. Curfew will be respected (this could vary from 9:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. depending on the current day’s events and also the next day’s schedule). All curfews are at the discretion of Ms. Spry E. Listening to instructions and tour guide explanations will be important to follow. F. No members of the opposite gender are allowed in student hotel rooms. Students may visit in the hotel lobby before curfew. G. No illicit drugs, smoking, vaping or drinking alcohol. The leaders, chaperones and EF Tour Director will be strict on this issue, and local law enforcement may be called. H. Shoplifting and possession of drugs are extremely dangerous situations and are not allowed! Do not participate. I understand that if I do participate in any of the above mentioned items, I WILL be sent abruptly home at my parent’s expense. I. All scheduled program activities are required. If a student happens to be sick and is unable to attend, accommodations will be made. J. All students MUST travel in groups of at LEAST three or more. K. I will respect and cooperate with my teacher, Ms. Spry, chaperones, and the EF Tour Director. L. I recognize that the above rules are incomplete; general school rules, as well as common sense, prevail at all times. M. I am fully aware of the fact that this IS NOT a school sponsored trip. This trip is an independently sponsored trip.
*I understand that I am a representative of my community, and I intend to honor, as well as,
to validate the trust that my parent (s) and Ms. Spry have accorded me in allowing me this exciting travel opportunity.
