Dear Mr. Bacich,

My name is Aliesha Sullivan and I am interested in the position of Chief Radiologic Technician. When I
saw that Modesto Radiology Tenet Facility had an available opening for this position, I was very eager to
learn more and begin the application process. I want to begin my career in radiologic technology and
providing excellent patient care, and I am excited about the opportunity to contribute to your advanced
radiology department.

I have been working since I was 13, starting out as an assistant for my family’s business. Through my
experience as an assistant, I learned the importance of quality customer service, and learned how to
efficiently communicate with clients. I also learned how to stay organized, and helped my parents keep
track of client information. When I was 16, I was hired at Jamba. At Jamba, I learned how to account for
money, and problem solve without higher management. Going into this position, I will bring my past
experience and incorporate my skills into my profession every day.

The past three years of high school, I have been a part of the Sports Medicine career pathway. Through
this class, I have learned the importance of safety and professionalism in the workplace. I’ve learned
many safety measures to protect patients from injury, and how to treat patients when they suffer from one.
I am CPR certified, and confident in my abilities to adapt to spontaneous yet critical situations.
