MAKING CUPCAKES

INGREDIENTS

- One cup of flour

- One cup of sugar

- One cup of oil

- One cup of hot water

- Five tablespoon of cocoa powder

- One tablespoon of baking powder

- One teaspoon of vanilla

- Two eggs

- A pinch of salt

FOR THE FLOUR MIX

Mix the flour and the baking powder and set aside.

FOR THE COCOA MIX

Dissolve the cocoa into the hot water and set aside.

Then, prehead the oven at 180 degrees celsius

FOR THE MAIN MIX

First, put the eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk them for about one minut.

Next, add the sugar gradually.

Add the oil gradually and continúe beating.

Then, add the flour gradually. Whisk to avoid flour grumes.

After that, add the cocoa mix and alternate with the flour mix.

Last, Add vanilla extracto and salt.

TO BAKE

First, put the oaper baking cups into a cupcakes tray.

Next, Fill each cupcake container halfway, never full the cup.

Then, Bake for about 15 minutes.

After that, insert a toothpick and shoul come out clean.

Last, Remover from oven and let it chil 10 minutes before unmold it.
