Dear Parents/Guardians,

As informed earlier, a delightful day trip to Wonderland, Ludhiana has been arranged for students
from PP5 to IG1. Please take note of the following important details:

Date: October 5, 2023

Reporting Time: 8:00 AM Expected Return Time: Around 6:00 PM

Activities: Due to the changing weather, we regret to inform you that water rides will not be available
on this trip. However, you will have the opportunity to enjoy all the fantastic dry and land rides
Wonderland has to offer.

Transportation: Students will come to school via the school buses. However, we kindly request that
parents arrange to pick them up from the pre-designated pick-up points.

Pick-up Points for Return:

1. Opposite Verka Milk Plant, Ludhiana – 5.45 PM

2. Opposite Snakkers restaurant, Mullanpur - 6:00 PM

3. Harvest International School - 6:15 PM

Attire: Please ensure that you are dressed comfortably in your school house uniform for this trip.

Items to be Carried:

1. School Uniform

2. I-card

3. Backpack with:

 Water bottle

 Hand sanitizer

 Small hand towel

4. Healthy snacks (if desired)

5. Cap

6. Sunscreen (apply before departure)

Important Reminders:

Please leave all gadgets (Smart watches, phones, cameras, etc.) at home; they are not allowed on this
trip.
