Vulnerability Objective paragraph

Vulnerability is something that many might see as weakness, but the fact is that without

vulnerability there wouldn’t be love, laughter, kindness, or anything else that is good.

Vulnerability, as Brene’ Brown seemed to think of it, was some sort of negative that needed to

be addressed. But the reality as she found out was that Vulnerability is needed for us to be able

to love one another, lend a hand to someone in need, commit to a relationship that might not

go smoothly. The fact of the matter is that vulnerability is good, it allows us to communicate

with one another, it is needed for us to take a leap of faith towards something. As Brene’ Brown

said, “We have to allow ourselves to be seen”, not just in the physical sense, but also in the

deep sense, to allow ourselves to be seen in a vulnerable sense and to be accepted as such. To

be vulnerable is to love and be loved.
