Supreme Secondary Learner Government

February 7, 2024

To The Principal,
Greetings!

“Love recognizes no barriers.” — Maya Angelou

We hope this letter finds you well. This coming Wednesday, February 14, 2024, the Supreme
Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) along with other school organizations including: Barkada
Kontra Droga (BKD), Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O), Project WATCH,
and School-based DRRM Officers proposes an event to celebrate love in Valentine’s Day. This event
aims to foster a sense of unity, camaraderie, and allow students to express love and positivity within
our school community. We believe that love goes beyond romantic relationships and can be expressed
through various acts of kindness and compassion.

If approved, throughout the day, there will be interactive booths and activities organized by
the said organizations including:

1) PASALOVING BOOTH
Students can treat their loved ones with delicacies and small gifts.

2) MODERN HARANA
Students can show their love by taking on the classic Filipino serenade.

3) COMPANIONSHIP BOOTH
Students can enjoy a cozy setting for memorable one-on-one moments.

4) DANCE BOOTH
Students can move to the rhythm, revel in the beats, and make the day memorable with a dance.

5) MOVIE BOOTH
Students can relax and enjoy a cinematic experience with friends.

6) E-GAMES TOURNAMENT
Students can compete, embracing the cognitive, social, and emotional aspects of students'
development through e-games.

7) MR. DJ, CAN I MAKE A REQUEST?

Students can enjoy a personalized music experience, sharing what song makes their heart beat.

8) ANONYMOUS MESSAGE and CONFESSION WALL

Students can share anonymous messages or confessions on a dedicated wall, a space for heartfelt
expressions.
9) CUPID’S DELIVERY
Spread love by sending surprises! Students can organize special deliveries for their friends with
personalized notes and gifts.

10) PHOTOBOOTH
Capture the joy of the day with themed props and backgrounds. The photo booth is an excellent
way to create lasting memories.

11) MINI CONCERT

Series of songs to add a crescendo of music to wrap up the festivities.

Each booth features a designated fee to contribute towards collecting funds for our upcoming
activities.

We encourage the active participation of every student in these activities, fostering a

celebration of each form of love. Additionally, students are invited to wear color-coded attire, with
each color representing a specific relationship status.

We look forward to your consideration and approval.

Thank you.
