The Rotary International District 3860 is set to host the 12th PILIPINAS ROTARACT
CONVENTION (PROCON) on February 16-18, 2024 at Watefront Hotel, Cebu City.
This is the biggest and the grandest gathering of Rotaractors from the 10 Rotary districts in the
Philippines.

One of the major highlights of this convention is the search for Mr. and Miss Rotaract
Philippines, a national pageant where 10 Rotary districts of Zone 10A, Philippines will be
represented by candidates with beauty, substance, and heart of service. Our very own District
