Terms and conditions

1. Under this service contract we undertake to inspect, service, and maintain
your above mentioned equipment for a period of ONE YEAR. During the said
period the company’s representative will carry out periodical inspection ONCE
every quarter month

2. During the validity of the contract we will render preventive maintenance

services on the equipment at the frequency mentioned above. The equipment
will be thoroughly cleaned tested and kept in working condition.

3. We will ATTEND TWO ADDITIONAL BREAKDOWN COMPLAINTS (If any)

reported by you within contract period till validity of the contract.

4. We shall bring to your attention the condition of your machine or submit our
recommendation to maintain it perfectly in working condition.

6. You shall provide consumables like Engine Oil, Grease, Cotton waste,
Kerosene, Diesel, Soap, etc. at the time of servicing at your site.

7. Servicing and repairs of Dynamo, STARTER, battery, Electrical wiring if

necessary will be done by Authorise service centre and it will be charged
extra.

8. ENGINE : Major repairs of Engine such as complete overhauling will be

charged extra Rs.4500=00 plus extra CHARGES OF SPARES IF
NECESSARY.

9. Charges of spares will be charges extra at the time of servicing the Equipment

10, You must take the following precaution for the equipment.

A. daily checking of oil in Engine, Greasing in wheels, Weekly checking of

Hydraulic oil,. Daily checking of charging of Battery if any problem in charging

B. Any breakdown due to fire, Misuse, Accident Improper handling or installation
do not from parts of the contract.

11. During the period of contract you will not allow any unauthorised person to
tamper with the equipment. in order to rectify however minor it may be allowed

12. Contract will be effective only from the date of agreement, but the services will
be rendered only after realization of the payment pertaining to the contract

13. This contract is void if above terms and conditions are violated.

and rates:

2) TWO Ton sports ground Roller – Qty – 2 nos Rs.46000.00
3) 500 kg Pitch Roller - Qty – 1 nos Rs.15000.00
4) Reel mower Buffalo 34 - Qty – 2 nos Rs.36000.00
5) Brush cutter - Qty – 3 nos Rs.24000.00
6) Power sprayer - Qty – 3 nos Rs.24000.00
Fast moving spares Rs.146000.00
Total Rs.498000.00 +GST

Payment every 3 month 124500/- + GST.
