How to fill in the PPA:
1. Chose 1 word that describes you the MOST (M) and 1 more that describes you the LEAST (L) out of the four words per row.

4. Don’t be concerned about contradictions, this will occur through the latter half of the questionnaire choose out of the four what you feel you are most and least like not what you may have
5. Put what you feel you are in a work environment not what you feel the company may want to hear but how you act in your daily work environment towards colleagues, management, junior
6. Do one row at a time. Don’t jump around
7. Cover each line as you have answered it
