Grilled Lemon Herb Chicken:

Ingredients:

 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

 1/4 cup olive oil
 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
 2 cloves garlic, minced
 1 teaspoon dried oregano
 1 teaspoon dried thyme
 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
 Salt and black pepper to taste
 Lemon slices for garnish (optional)
 Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon
juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and
black pepper.
2. Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish or
resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure each
breast is coated evenly. Cover the dish or seal the bag and refrigerate for at
least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours, to allow the flavors to meld.
3. Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Make sure the
grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.
4. Grill the Chicken: Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any
excess marinade. Place the chicken breasts on the preheated grill. Grill for 6-7
minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in
the center. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).
5. Rest and Serve: Once cooked, transfer the grilled chicken to a serving platter.
Allow it to rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with lemon slices and
chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
6. Serve: Serve the grilled lemon herb chicken hot, alongside your favorite side
dishes such as grilled vegetables, rice, or salad.
