to practice here in school for their Performance Task in Physical Education and Health 3 of
Dances and Ballroom. I will attach here the specific duration of time and date for the practices.

This letter is to request you for granting us permission to practice inSocial Hall or in theSchool
Quadrangle . This will be a great help to me to monitor them during practices.
I will be grateful to hear a response from you and I will make sure that they will wear a School
uniform on entering the school campus.
