What do you wear?

1 Each season, we have the same problem: what to keep, what to throw away, and what
2 to buy. I look in my closet and I find old jeans, denim jackets, T-shirts, and cargo shorts
3 that I will never wear again.

4 What are the trends for this season? Denim is my favorite for casual wear. Look for
5 women’s jeans and men’s jeans that have geometric designs. Black jeans are also back,
6 they have a very sleek look.

7 Now, what about tops? Solid colors are in fashion this season. Look for T-shirts in a
8 variety of styles, from tank tops to polos to simple round-neck tees. Designer logos are
9 popular too. If you want to make an impact, do a search on the internet for new
10 designers. You’ll find cheaper clothes and they will look very fashionable.

11 Following fashions can be good but you also want to be different. Remember, you
12 make the clothes, the clothes don’t make you. Here are five tips to help you:

13 1. Accessorize – Your accessories can complement you. But not too many, choose
14 accessories that are special and that make you happy.

15 2. Attitude is everything – Wear your clothes with confidence. No matter what you
16 wear – even a pair of jeans and a T-shirt – hold your head high and own it.

17 3. Don’t Forget the Shoes – The wrong shoes can ruin your look. Make sure your shoes
18 are in sync with the style of your clothes.

19 4. Have Fun – Don’t always follow the trend. Have fun and don’t worry too much about
20 every little thing. Experiment. Be crazy.

21 5. Share the happiness – Remember your old clothes? Give them to charity. Your
22 unwanted clothes could make someone very happy.
