Dr. Pankaj Shukla's roots trace back to the
culturally rich state of Madhya Pradesh, where

years. With a profound understanding of the
intricacies of rural communities, Dr. Shukla's
academic journey led him to specialize in
sustainable development, laying the
groundwork for his future endeavors.

E-PANCHAYAT PORTAL FOR EFFECTIVE
GOVERNANCE:
Understanding the pivotal role of Panchayats in governance,
Dr. Shukla launched the E-Panchayat portal, facilitating
systematic monitoring for the successful implementation of
developmental plans in rural areas.

ADDITIONAL PERSONAL BACKGROUND,

CHILDHOOD STRUGGLES, AND VISION:

Dr. Pankaj Shukla has been practicing

homeopathy for the last 17 years and served as
the President of JUDA MP Chapter. Hailing from a
well known influential family in the Vindhya
Region, his childhood was marked by active
participation in sports, especially cricket and
NCC. Dr. Shukla, now a family man with a wife and
two kids, has a passion for singing, listening to
music, and reading and writing. His parents and
family background are rooted in academia.

In his early years, Dr. Shukla faced numerous

challenges. His childhood struggles fueled his
vision for a better rural India, advocating for good
roads, infrastructure, sports facilities, quality
education, rural empowerment, technology
advancement, and youth development. These
experiences continue to drive his commitment to
rural development and empowerment.
