We, the BS Accountancy students from UM Tagum College. Currently, we are

enrolled in ACC 223, a course titled Strategic Business Analysis. As part of our
course requirements, we are tasked with conducting a feasibility study. Our team has
chosen to focus on assessing the feasibility of establishing Quencher Water Refilling
Station located in Villa Cacacho Subdivision, Brgy. Mankilam, Davao del Norte. Our
primary target market for this study will be the households in the specified area.

Under the guidance of Professor Maria Teresa Ozoa, CPA, MBA, we intend to carry
out this study. We are writing to request your permission to conduct a survey in the
designated area. Additionally, we kindly ask for access to census data regarding the
household population, which will serve as a crucial basis for our estimations in the
study. It is important to note that there are no foreseeable risks associated with
participating in our study. We assure you that all information gathered will be used
solely for the purpose of this project and will be treated with the utmost
