Dear Sofia,

We are happy to inform you that your application for employment has been favorably considered subject
to the following terms and conditions:

Division : Accounts
Monthly Gross Salary : P35,000.00(P32,500 basic + P2,500 de minimis)
Monthly Mobile Allowance : P1,000.00 (through reimbursement)
Monthly Internet Allowance : P800.00 (through reimbursement while working from home)
Position : Account Manager
Employment Status : Probationary
Effective Date of Appointment : May 15, 2023
Expiration Date : November 14, 2023

1. Your probationary appointment automatically expires on the date listed and maybe terminated earlier
by the agency. Two (2) weeks before the expiration of your appointment, your department head will
advise you on the status of your employment.

2. During your probationary employment, you are NOT entitled to all the benefits given to the regular
employees such as hospitalization, vacation and sick leave privileges etc., except for those mandatory
benefits required by law.

3. In the event that you wish to terminate your employment for any reason, you must give a sixty (60)
day written notice to the Company prior to the effective date of termination. During this period, you
shall continue to report for work and ensure a proper turn-over of all your duties and responsibilities
to the other employees, including Company records, documents, properties, equipment and other
materials in your possession and custody. It is also understood that you will be subject to any
applicable provision or penalty clause consistent with this contract.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, you acknowledge that the Company has the right, discretion and
prerogative to shorten the effective date of your resignation, or to render the said resignation
immediately effective, and to pay you your salary and benefits only until the shortened effective date
of resignation.

Should you terminate your employment or resign without complying with the aforesaid sixty (60)
days’ prior written notice requirement, you agree to pay the Company a penalty equivalent to your
one (1) month’s gross salary/pay, as and by way of damages in accordance with Article 300 of the
Labor Code.
4. You agree that the Company reserves the right to exclude you from the premises of the Company and
require you not to attend at work and/or not to undertake all or any of your duties of employment
during any period of notice (whether given by you or the Company) (the “Garden Leave Period”),
provided always that the Company shall continue to pay your salary and contractual benefits during
the Garden Leave Period.

5. You agree that your obligations of confidentiality and of good faith, loyalty and fidelity shall remain
in force for the duration of this agreement notwithstanding the Garden Leave Period. This means that
you must comply with the following during the Garden Leave Period; you must:

o Not be employed by or otherwise provide services to any third party


(unless agreed in advance with the Company in writing);
o Not compete or prepare to compete with the Company or assist a competitor
of the Company in any way, including by enticing or preparing to entice the
Company’s clients or business to a competing business;
o Not undermine the business of the Company in any way; and
o Comply with all lawful instructions of the Company (including any instruction
not to contact customers, prospective customers, employees or business
contacts of the Company or any Associated Company).

A breach of any of the above may be grounds for summary dismissal.

6. You will be governed by and observe such rules and regulations, as well as administrative policies,
applicable to all Publicis JimenezBasic, Inc. employees regardless of designation or position.

7. You agree not to work for, nor contract yourself with another advertising agency or company to
handle clients competitive with those you currently service with Publicis JimenezBasic, Inc for a
period of six (6) months from the time your tenure with Publicis JimenezBasic, Inc. has been
terminated.

8. Upon your employment with Publicis JimenezBasic, Inc, you shall be committed to the provisions of
the agency in the forms attached as Confidentiality Agreement and Conflict of Interest.

9. You acknowledge that Publicis JimenezBasic, Inc is one of the corporate brands under Publicis
Groupè; thus, employees are controlled directly or indirectly by Publicis Groupè and must understand
and comply with the Corporate Internal Control Policies and Procedures provided in Janus.

10. You hereby acknowledge that, except for the foregoing benefits, you are not entitled to any other
employee benefits that the Company affords or may afford its other employees. At any other time,
however, you may become entitled to such other benefits that the Company may grant at its sole
discretion and prerogative.

11. The foregoing benefits package is strictly personal and confidential between you and the Company.
You shall not, under any circumstance, discuss it with anyone except the appropriate members of
Management and through appropriate procedures."
