Pneumatic Standard Duty - Stationary

Alemite H Pumps are designed for intermittent use in medium or high pressure industrial
applications. Double acting H Pumps handle lightweight and fibrous lubricants.
FEATURES:
• Positive priming – handles light to heavy grease
• 2-7⁄16 (62 mm) (50:1) - 3" (76 mm) (70:1) diameter air motor
• Double toggle air valve prevents binding or stalling
• Corrosion resistant piston rod finish reduces packing wear
• Micro-lapped air valve provides very long life
• Flexible follower for straight or tapered containers
• Self aligning, heavy acme threads secure the linkage
• Recommended for moderate length pipe installations
• ¼" (6 mm) air inlet
• Delivery in table based on NLGI #2 at 77 °F (25 °C), 150 psi (10 bar) 8549-B1
INCLUDED ITEMS - 8540 SERIES:
• Pressurtrol (319800-1), limits air supply to pump when pressure reaches 7,500 PSI (516 bar)
• Models 8549-B1 and 8559-B include Air Connector, Quick Detach Air Coupler and Bung Adapter
