Cooking for my baby is a blog of homemade


baby food recipes. As a young mum, who love
to cook, I have decided to share all my baby
food recipes (baby purees, baby fruit purees,
baby soups…) and also little bit of tips and
advices . I talk about different things regarding
the baby solids introduction, such as how to
start solid foods for babies (30-day
schedule),how much baby food your baby
should be eating, spices tracklement for
babies... Here in Paris I have the chance to
have a garden with a lot of varied vegetables.
Everything is fresh and organic at home :)
When I have the time, I prepare video recipes,
but being a mum is a real job and it’s not
always easy to have a little bit of time! I hope

Food diversification is an important step in your


baby's life. That is why I wanted to share with
you my experience as a mom, and my
homemade baby food recipes, very different
from one to another recipe. I cook my baby food
recipes starting the beggining of food
diversification (around 4 months), and for older
babies. I cook a lot of fruits and vegetables so
that my baby can really discover tastes and
savors the best as he can during his food
diversification. I want to say that baby food
diversification is a really important step, and
your doctor is the best to tell you exactly how to
introduce ingredients in your baby's food.
Also, food diversification starts around 4
months, but some doctors recommend to start
later, around 6 months. Always listen to your
doctor first, he will always tell you the best for
your baby.
