Subject: Request for Permission to Conduct Sports Training

Dear Mesdames/ Sirs,

With the upcoming Congressional Meet which is to be held at Balud, Masbate on February 15-18, 2024, I
am writing this letter to seek your permission to conduct Athletics intensive training to be attended by the
following students, to wit;

1. John Paolo Labastida Grade 11

2. Mark Lubaton Grade 11
3. Kimberly Narido Grade 9

The proposed training schedule is structured from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM and resumes from 1:00 PM to
5:00 PM.

Your support and understanding in granting permission for this training would contribute significantly to
the preparedness and competitive edge of our students as they represent Jamorawon National High School
in the upcoming event.

I express my gratitude for your consideration of this request and look forward to engaging in a more

Mahinay to participate in our organized Athletics intensive training which is to be conducted at
Jamorawon Elementary School, Jamorawon, Milagraos, Masbate.
