The Presiding Officer, Elvie A. Villaluna, Principal I called the meeting to order
at 3:46 PM. After checking the attendance, she declared the meeting in
quorum.
 The secretary read the minutes of the previous before the commencement
of the meeting.

44 - Teachers are to find out the competencies that students have struggled
45 with the most and those they have excelled in.
46 - Strategies were identified to address the least learned competencies and
47 celebrate the mastered competencies.

50 - The teachers are to developed a plan to address the least learned
51 competencies identified in the previous agenda item.
52 - A deadline of until within the week was set for the submission of the
53 intervention plan.

55 C. Class Observation Schedules

56 - November 2023:
57 - It was decided that the school head will conduct class observations for
58 school head reports only, without rating.
59 - December 2023
60 - The second round of class observations will be conducted.

62 D. First Quarter Learners' Performance

63 - The school head will review all grades given by the teachers for the first
64 quarter.
65 - It was emphasized that the average should have 2 decimal points for
66 accuracy.

68 E. School LAC Plan

69 - The LAC coordinator was assigned to develop and accomplish the School
70 LAC (Learning Action Cell) Plan.

72 F. Research Writing Workshop

73 - A research writing workshop was scheduled to be held at Esperanza ES.
74 - Identified participants, including school heads, will attend the workshop.

76 G. Provincial and Municipal Meet

77 - The provincial meet was scheduled for February 2024.
78 - The municipal meet will take place on January 12-13, 2024.
79 - A synchronized/cluster meet will be held on November 25, 2023, at San
80 Miguel ES.
81 - PESS coordinator-Maam Tiu will be in charge of selecting athletes for the
82 meet.

84 H. Year-end Bonus
85 - The attendees discussed the process and considerations for the year-end
86 bonus.
87 - It was noted that taxes will be deducted from the bonus.

89 I. Recognition and Card Day for First Quarter

90 - The recognition and card day was scheduled on November 17, 2023, in
91 the afternoon.
92 - It was emphasized that there should be no disruption of classes.
93 - A classroom-based follow-up on learners' performance will be
94 communicated to parents.

96 J. Team Supervision
 97 - Team supervision was scheduled on November 24, 2023, at Puti ES.

99 K. Election of Teachers Association Officers

100 - The election of Teachers Association Officers was scheduled on
101 November 17, 2023, at Norala Central ES.
102 - Only the school teachers association president will attend.

104 L. Education Week

105 - Further instructions on how to celebrate Education Week will be awaited.

107 M. Other Matters

108 - November 30 holiday is moved to November 27.
109 - December 8 is a holiday.
110 - December 18: Start of Christmas break.
111 - January 3, 2024: Resume of classes.
112 - January 22, 2024: 2nd quarter exam.
113 - January 24-26, 2024: MPRE.
114 - January 31: Resume of classes.
115 The meeting was adjourned at 4:46 p.m.
