Training, Duties, Responsibilities (TDRs)

In our factory the TDRs are of employees is clearly defined and strongly focus on that. Because
we manufacture the soap and this product is very sensitive for our skin or we make sure that
there is no chance of mistakes. So due to this we strongly focus on TDRs and make it secure or
save for our customers. Our factory have two departments one is soap making and the other
one is soap packaging. So the TDRs of every department are different so we discuss it in
following.

TDRs for soap making

Formula Recipe: Soap is the sensitive product so make sure the use the ingredient quantity is
correct according to the formula.
Mixing and Blending: Is make sure that all the ingredients mixed very well before the dry of
soap.
Cutting and Shaping: What is the design of the soap that we are make is fully like that what we
design to want to make.
Quality Control: Check the ingredients quality that we use is to make the soap all the
ingredients is good quality or good for skin.
Record Keeping: Keep the record for the production in our factory and make sure that what
types of soap u make we have the record about it.

TDRs for packaging

Packaging Material: We use the good packaging materials that in which soap are save or stay in
good quality in packaging
Product Protection: Use that type of material in packaging in which our soap are secure the
product quality.
Labels and Information: We explain in labels what type of ingredients are used in this soap for
the customer.
Packaging Design: We select that types of design that are good or looking well.
