ACTIVITY COMPLETION REPORT

ON THE
2022 GLOBAL HANDWASHING DAY

The Department of Education (DepEd), through the Bureau of Learner

Support Services School Health Division (BLSS-SHD), in partnership with the
Rationale Department of Health (DOH), World Health Organization (WHO), and United
Nation’s Children’s Fund (UNICEF) under OUGFU No. 2022-030-_0991, shall
organize this year’s celebration of the Global Handwashing Day with the global
theme, Unite for Universal Hand Hygiene. This Global advocacy day is
celebrated every 15th of October and is dedicated to increasing awareness and
understanding on the importance of handwashing with soap as an effective way to
prevent diseases and save lives.
With this, Elementary School celebrates the Global Handwashing
day in order for the pupils to be aware on the importance of washing their hands
daily as it helps them to maintain a healthy body.
 To celebrate the 2022 Global Handwashing Day and highlight the
importance of handwashing to our pupils as an effective way to protect
