PROXY TO VOTE AT STOCKHOLDER’S MEETING

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

THAT, I, ROSARIO C. DIMA, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, presently

residing at Barangay Suqui, Calapan City, a stockholder of QWERTY
Corporation, a corporation duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the
law of the Philippines do hereby nominate , constitute, and appoint DIOSA A CRUZ, of
legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Brgy. Suqui, Calapan City, to be my true and lawful
Proxy, for me and in my name, place and stead, to represent me in voting ALL
SHARES registered in my name on the books of the said Corporation, or owned
by me QWERTY Corporation Stockholder’s Meeting to be held on March 15,
2024 and any adjournment thereof, and hereby giving and granting unto said proxy
the power to VOTE ON ANY AND ALL MATTERS as fully to all intents and
purposes as I might do if personally present.

I do hereby revoke all proxies given to any other person or persons and
hereby ratifies and confirm all that said proxy may lawfully do or course to be done
by virtue thereof.

March, 2024 at Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro, Philippines.
