responsibilities between the clinics to enhance their learning experiences. The day began with
timely attendance logging in the clinic's log book.

During the orientation conducted by university nurses and a dentist, they shared insights from
their experiences, emphasizing the importance of maintaining compassion and care for
patients in the nursing profession. The students assisted with various tasks, including

For our second duty, assigned to the main clinic on November 13, 2023. In the morning, we
faced numerous elementary students presenting complaints like headaches, stomachaches,
toothaches, and dizziness. Additionally, a CITHM student sought assistance for a leg wound,
providing us with an opportunity to learn wound cleaning procedures. Despite being
newcomers to the main clinic, the supportive and knowledgeable nurses guided us through
our tasks.

In the afternoon, amidst the CITHM week's medical check-ups for high school students
involved in maciprisa and intrams, we engaged in a continuous stream of activities. Our
responsibilities included interviewing students, recording vital signs, and ensuring accurate
height and weight measurements. The non-stop influx of students kept us on our toes without
any breaks, but the dedicated clinic nurses played a crucial role in assisting and guiding us
throughout the demanding duty. Despite the fatigue, it turned out to be the most rewarding
experience since we began our clinic duties.

For our third duty on November 20, 2023, we were tasked with attending to the Barasoain
clinic. The morning was relatively quiet, with a notable case of a patient experiencing a panic
attack and a handful of students reporting headaches. Following a break, a few more students
sought assistance, including one with stomach complaints and another with a leg wound.
Before lunch, we were stationed outside the gate to monitor the temperatures of incoming
students. The afternoon remained relatively uneventful, with no new patients until our
departure time.
