Issue notice to respondents to make the payment of 10 lakh
rupees with interest 10 thousand rupees within 3 working days
and submit report to investigation officer. Learned counsel
submits the payment receipt which is considered process fee shall
be paid by both parties (60% by petitioner and 40% by
respondent) the refund payment shall be made in front of
investigation officer, The Investigation officer shall ensure the
deposition of amount to the petitioner.
