I am writing the following affidavit to you on with the agreeing of my client M/S
Zig Payments Gateway who has received a legal notice sent by you dated 27 th March
2023 for which the settlement is made with the mutual understanding of both the
parties on the following points with following terms and condition.

 That My client shall pay the sum of 9,00,000.00 INR (Inc. Interest of 5 Months)
with the principal amount 6,00,000.00 INR Total 15,00,000.00 INR to your
client Mr. Mahendra Pinnibonia to his ICICI Bank account having no.
069701505163.
 That considering the justice and rights of my client too the charges of the
following refundable amount shall be bear by both parties 50 % each by
waiving off the platform fee and earlier paid amount by your client Mr.
Mahendra Pinnibonia.
 That after the payment done of charges a common date shall be fixed and
transfer of the refundable amount i.e. 15,00,000.00 INR shall be made in
presence of your client or his person and you at your office via RTGS/IMPS for
immediate settlement to his account.
 That formalities shall be completed at earliest before the date of appearance
of court and settlement agreement to be signed and presented with common
agreement and mutual understanding of both parties.
 That a NOC (Non-Objection-Certificate) to be given by your client Mr.
Mahendra Pinnibonia in favor of my client after receiving of payments.
 For Settlement process formality process shall be provided step by step on
written promissory note on stamp paper with charges to avoid
miscommunication.
 Petition to be withdraw on the date of appearance by presenting the signed
copy of this notice, settlement agreement and NOC (Non-Objection-Certificate
duly signed with mutual understanding of both parties failing which will be
bound to take further necessary action under the provisions of Negotiable
Instrument Act, 1881.
This is without prejudice to all other legal rights and remedies available to our client
for the above-stated purpose.
