I am writing this letter, I would like to express my apologies for missing my shift yesterday; I have
been dealing with worsening cramping in my abdomen for the past few days. I had to visit a doctor
at once who advised me immediate bed rest. I know these is still a lot of work ahead, but I will
finish it as soon as possible.

Thank you for your thoughtfulness in this matter. In three days, I'll be able to return to work. I'm
more than willing to make up for any missed duties.

Please accept my apologies for unexpectedly missing work and thank you very much for your
