Reminders when you join the Zoom meeting:

1. Download from
https://zoom.us/download and install the free Zoom app in your laptop, desktop
or tablet before the scheduled training.
2. Conduct speed check of your internet connectivity. A stable internet connection is
necessary for the 1-day eRecertification.
3. Request your IT personnel to set your Zoom settings prior to scheduled activity.
4. Join the meeting using the link in the confirmation email from Zoom.
The meeting shall start at 1:15PM. Please join the meeting at around
12:30PM.
5. Mute your microphone upon entry.
6. Keep your video camera on during the meeting. Stop your video when you take
your bio break and during the breaks.
7. Use earphones/headset, if possible.
8. Observe proper etiquette (dress code, profile photo, background) for the activity.
