III. Course Description The course provides the graduates with broad knowledge and competencies in business planning and development, conducting business
researches, formulating and implementing innovative programs and policies on enterprise development.

X. Objectives of the College The Graduates of the University of Northern Philippines are expected to:
1. Communicate ideas, perspectives and values critically, creatively, and effectively;
2. Demonstrate competence in their specific disciplines in accordance with national and international standards;
3. Promote respect for diversity and act sustainably to achieve equity and social justice;
4. Work collaboratively, responsibly, and ethically in local and global settings; and
5. Advocate the preservation and promotion of Filipino heritage.

A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship should be able to:
1. Strategic understanding and able to take into account the relationship between discipline and other areas of business to make
holistic judgements when analyzing business situation;
2. Assess the interdependent, fast-changing, diverse world of social entrepreneurship, as well as global economic/financial
interdependence that signify current geopolitical, economic and financial relationships, to make business decisions that make a
difference in the world.
3. Demonstrate critical thinking skills,making the intellectual connection between quantitative and qualitative tools, theories and
context to properly and effectively solve problems and make decisions as well as develop new and innovative business
opportunities to strategically navigate the complex demand of the current and dynamic national and international business
environment.
4. Able to utilize interpersonal and leadership skills to be effective business managers and leaders;
5. Demonstrate self-awareness, emotional intelligence, curiosity, visionary and strategic thinking, teamwork, reflection and
knowledge transfer skills;
6. Demonstrate ethical reasoning skills, understand social, civic, and professional responsibilities and aspire to add value society.
7. Effectively communicate using business specific terminology in written and verbal form and facilitate information flow variety of
organizational, social, and intercultural contexts.
8. Prepare innovative outputs towards Enterprise.
