This school year 2020-2021 brought a lot of changes. One of the major changes in the
country is the new set-up in education. DepEd introduced the Learning Delivery
Modalities Course. This course provides knowledge to deliver education to learners in the
new normal setting by using Self-Learning Modules.

Teachers reached this far and were able to cope up with the challenges and demands
they face in this distance learning situation because of the learning they gained in LDM
Course.

This Practicum Portfolio contains MOV’s that we have used in this school year in
delivering our lessons despite of this pandemic. It contains varied artifacts like WHLP or
Weekly Home Learning Plan, ILMP, Worksheets, LAS or Learning Activity Sheets,
certificates and even the conversation made with the parents and learners

ANNOTATIONS:
I easily keep intouch with my students and parents through messenger, text or call to give feedbacks or answer their queries. I give additional
reading materials to the subject I taught for them to fully understand and be able to answer the given activities.

ANNOTATIONS:
This pandemic brought too much challenges for the pupils to continue their education. Before the start of the SY 2020-2021, the faculty of Bato
National High School came up with a plan to have different drop-off area for module distribution but many parents didn’t get the module on the given
day and time and it’s hard for the teachers to follow up the student. Later on we decided that the parents/guardian should pick up the module in the
school to their respective class adviser, through this advisers were given the chance to talk and follow the status of the students’ performance..

4.1. Planning & management of teaching & learning
process

ANNOTATIONS:
Although we don’t have face to face classes like th usual teaching-learning process, I always make sure that I give Performance Task for them
to show their creativity, these includes, poster making, poem writing, vlogging, creating a song, drawing, etc. with the varied activies I can conclude
that they will not get bored with the lesson. And I also provide them additional fact/ reading materials. And if they have questions they can easily
contact me through our group chat or through personal message.

ANNOTATIONS:
The learners output must be aligned with the learning objectives. And upon making lesson
plan , your evaluation must jived with the learning objectives so that you can easily assess the
learning outcome of the students’ performance.

assessment strategies

ANNOTATIONS:
Creating an assessment test is not as easy as you thought. I make sure that even the slow learner
student can answer my test questions. I always go with a multiple choice kind of test, modified
identification and a simple explaination to develop the reasoning
11 skill of the students.

ANNOTATIONS:
As we all know, not all student can afford to buy gadgets for the online learning, but there are some have
access to internet and have gadgets. For a more convenient way of learning, I created a QR code wherein they
can scan and they can already watch a video related to our topic and I also provide them link for supplemental
materials purposes. 12

I attended webinars, LAC Sessions that help me develop my skill in Radio-based Instructions and gain
more knowledge for the new normal way of teaching. With the different webinars I’ve attended I learned a lot.

School Year 2020-2021 was a very challenging educational year. At first it’s
difficult, but we need to cope up with the changes we have in order to survive.
Through LDM course we are able to assess our strengths and weaknesses. It helps us
gain knowledge, skills and perspective that are necessary in this new normal setting
of education. It helps us ensure the quality of learning that we can provide to our
learners despite of this pandemic. Education during the pandemic teaches us also to
learn more, be more creative, innovative and be flexible to handle different situations
in the teaching-learning process.

ANNOTATIONS:
It was stated in my reflection that through LDM Course I was able to improve myself with the new set-up
of education process and able to survive this School Year amidst the pandemic that we face.

ANNOTATIONS:
In monitoring and evaluating the learners’ progress I make sure that I checked their summative test,
performance task and even the answers of their respective modules. I communicate to them through chat, text or
even call to let them know if who have a lacking summative test, performance task and who didn’t answer the
modules’ activities. 17

I created a Group Chat for my section so that I can easily connect to them regarding their learning. I do
have list of phone numbers of their parents so that I can contact them if ever there is a problem with his/her
child.

We do have a separate Group Chat in our LAC Group, INSET Group, and RBI group. Through G C’s,
dissemination of information is a lot easier, wherein we can share our thoughts and ideas on a specific topic.

Upon returning and claiming the modules parents and teachers should make sure first to follow the health
