Statement of the Problem

This study aimed to determine the respondents’ profile and the level of

salary satisfaction and reasons of sales lady in working at foreign-owned

establishments in Poblacion, Imelda.

1. What is the profile of respondents in terms of:

2. What is the level of salary satisfaction among sales lady who are working

at foreign-owned establishments?
