President

Rawalpindi Deaf Cricket Club,

Dear Mr President,

I am writing this letter to inform you of my resignation from the position of General Secretary at
Rawalpindi Deaf Cricket Club. I have been a part of this club for the past three years and it has
been an incredible journey for me. However, due to some personal issues, I have to make the
difficult decision of leaving this position.

I believe it is important to give proper notice before leaving a job. I have always strived to
maintain professionalism in my work and I will ensure to complete all my pending tasks before
my last day. I will also assist in finding and training my replacement to make the transition as
smooth as possible for the club.

The reason for my resignation is purely personal and has nothing to do with my work or
colleagues. I have had a wonderful experience working with the club and I am grateful for the
opportunities and support that I have received during my time here. I am proud to have been a
part of the team that works tirelessly to promote deaf cricket in our community.

Thank you once again for the wonderful opportunity and for being a great leader and mentor. I
wish the club and its members all the best for the future.

Sincerely,

Sharon Ali
