necessary actions for resolving the issues by discussing with related persons & local
management immediately.
Renewal of agreement with contractors in line with company business principles.
Planning & organizing annual sports, picnic, health check-up & cultural program.
Maintaining housekeeping, utility services, office equipment & tools, health &

positioning in the factory which has reduced BDT 01 crore per year from 2022 to till
now.
Leading the recruitment & selection process in the factory for the workers through
communicating with 3rd party recruiting agent, cv collection, cv sorting, conducting
interview.

the factory.
Generating the employee turnover report for the worker & identifying the reason of
leaving the company & taking necessary action for the improvement.
