1. FW update because all work is based on files from FW so we need have same files as on unit.

2. Terminal unlock, open fw file: then: tsd/bin/system/startup

3. Edit startup by hex, then add:

echo /net/J5/dev/ser1 \"/bin/login -f root\" qansi-m on > /tmp/ttys
/sbin/tinit -f /tmp/ttys &

4. Prepare files to unlock terminal.

Go to: Update-Approval_SOP4_signed: cpu > onlineservices > 1 > default > tsd > bin > system, and put here startup file and then start

HashesGenerator after that rename startup to original startup file name.

Now copy: to SD and run firmware update.

5*. Connect RS232 adaper, log to putty: (not need for SD)

Press enter, # enter again.

6. Prepare file for cp off:

Go to: MST2_EU_VW_ZR_P0475T_0475\cpu\hmizr_EU_stdNavi_stdZR_vw\36\default and open:
cpu_hmizr_EU_stdNavi_stdZR_vw_36_default.tar.gz then copy folder to desktop \tsd\tmp\hmi

File to edit: tsd.mibstd2.hmi.ifs

How to prepare file shows movie: CPOFF PATCH.mp4
Rename patched file to original name on hmi folder.
Now put hmi folder to Update-Approval_SOP4_signed\cpu\onlineservices\1\default\tsd\tmp then start HashesGenerator.exe

Now copy: to SD and run firmware update.

7. Activation FEC Codes:

Open on fw \cpu\swap\36\default and open cpu_swap_36_default.tar.gz then put to JXETools and run
, now put patched file (with oryginal name tsd.mibstd2.system.swap) to Update-Approval_SOP4_signed\cpu\
onlineservices\1\default\tsd\bin\swap.

Then start HashesGenerator after that rename startup to original startup file name.

Now copy: to SD and run firmware update.

8. Read fec codes in unit:
MENU -> SWAP CODES -> INSTALLED SWAP CODES

Start program: swap_code_generator.html. And add VIN + VCRN on it then Leeds to add SWAP codes by VCP:

9. SD CID off:
Go to: FW\cpu\navconfig_EU_vw\20\default then open cpu_navconfig_EU_vw_20_default.tar and tsd/etc/nav/mibstd2_nav_target.ini

After Edit put mibstd2_nav_target.ini to Update-Approval_SOP4_signed\cpu\onlineservices\1\default\tsd\etc\nav.

Now, start HashesGenerator after that copy files to SD make update from SD.
