MSTS Asia Sdn Bhd (September 2023-January 2024) Internship (HSEQ Compliance & Operation)

Accomplishments:

• Implement and managing company’s quality management related documents to maintain and ensure
adherence to ISO requirements.
• Participated actively in OPITO audits to assess the compliance of MSTS OPITO training programs
with OPITO specifications and requirements by conducting thorough evaluations of training processes,
materials, and facilities to ensure adherence to industry standards.
• Arranged, collected, and managed all pertinent documentation required for audits, including staff
qualification certificates, maintenance and inspection certificates, and preventive maintenance
checklists.
• Played a pivotal role in the closure of OPITO audits by implementing corrective actions based on audit
findings and coordinated with other MSTS centers to ensure swift and effective implementation of
corrective measures to address any identified non-compliance issues.
• Conducted microbiology swab tests on Emergency Breathing System apparatus (CA-EBS & EBS) to
ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
• Updated and maintained comprehensive risk assessments for each training module, identifying
potential hazards and proposing mitigation strategies.
 • Constructed detailed course profiles for each training product in accordance with the standards set by
the training approval department/registry.
• Key Achievements: Successfully contributed to maintaining OPITO certification and minimized audit
findings during the 2023 OPITO audits, with only five non-compliance recorded.
