Analysis and interpretation of data
All questionnaires were returned to the researcher. The researcher learned that the main and frequent
causes of hypertension include the incorporation of a lot of salt and sugar in the diet and, in some cases,
stress. The information collected for the causes of this disease are as followed;
From the data collected above, the researcher can see that not a lot of the people questioned care about
them, nor do they care about preventing this disease.

Conclusion
In the researcher's research Hypertension, or high blood pressure, is high blood pressure that is higher than
normal. A person’s blood pressure changes throughout the day.
Hypertension can be caused by a number of factors whether eating a lot of salty foods, eating too much

Hypertension also causes a number of health problems such as heart failure, stroke, aortic dissection, and
blindness.

RECOMMENDATIONS
The researcher's first recommendation is that people should change their diet to a more healthy, nutritious one that
contains all of the major food groups
The researcher's second recommendation is that individuals should exercise, and get into more cardio-based
workouts.

REFLECTION
The researcher learned that hypertension comes with a lot of serious consequences.
The researcher also discovered that hypertension can develop simply by overeating sugary and salty
foods.
The lessons learned can be applied to everyday life because research shows that people should maintain a
healthy diet.
The research could have been better if the researcher had gained some insight into this disease from a
professional, for example, a doctor.
