DEED OF SALE OF MOTORCYCLE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF SALE OF MOTORCYCLE is made, executed and entered

into by:

YBAÑEZ, JERWIN COMBIS, of legal age, married to YBAÑEZ, JEAN

ROSE BLANCO, Filipino citizen, and with residence and postal address at B16
L6 Silmer Village, San Francisco, Biñan, Laguna, hereinafter referred to as the
SELLER;

-AND-

BIENVENIDO MORALES BAUTISTA JR., of legal age, Filipino citizen,

and with residence and postal address at B32 L22 Laucival St., Rosario
Complex, San Pedro, Laguna, hereinafter referred to as the BUYER.

WITNESSETH;

1) The SELLER is the free and absolute owner of a MOTORCYCLE more

specifically described as follows:

Plate No. : 355OOJ MV File No. : 0414-00000062871
Year Model : 2021 CR No. : 39986488-3

2) That for and in consideration of the amount of FIFTY THOUSAND

PESOS ONLY (50,000.00), Philippine currency, receipt of which from
the BUYER is hereby acknowledged by the SELLER, the latter hereby
sells, transfers and conveys unto the BUYER, her heirs and
successors-in-interest, the motorcycle described above; and

3) The SELLER hereby warrants that said motorcycle is free from all
liens and encumbrances and that he will defend the BUYER’s rights
thereto against any and all claims of whatever kind or nature from
third persons.
