Greece and you will be tasked with becoming a expert on 3. Art

Step 1: Individual
Research (10 Minutes)
Research your specific assigned topic:
Individually gather information out of the
textbook and put it on the white piece of paper
I want AT LEAST 10 bullet point notes of material
for all the topics
Think Along the Lines of a Who, What, When,
Where and Why as well as description and
significance
Requirements:
Democracy PG 135-136: define democracy, when it
was developed, describe the process that led to
democracy, Solon's laws, Cleisthenes, rules and
requirements in this democracy, direct democracy,
role of the assembly, the council and courts
Philosophy PG 143-144: The 3 main philosophers
and what they believed, impact on civilization
Art PG 147-148 : Sculpting, paintings, idealism
Architecture PG 146-147: Parthenon, types of
columns: ionic, doric, corinthians, compare and
contrast them and DRAW THEM
Literature PG 144-147, 149: Homer and his stories,
poetry, history, drama and tragedies, writers
Step 2: Group Collaboration (30 Minutes)
Find and move to the people who have the same
topic as you (All the Democracy, All the
Philosophy, ect.)
In that group you will make sure everyone is on
the same page for content and material. MAKE
SURE YOU BECOME EXPERTS ON YOUR TOPIC
