 Plant on load, feeding 1K silos with RC2.
 BF1, BF2 and BF3 are standby.
 No stacking due to silo level low, Exxaro mine on maintenance. RTS 2023/12/29.
 T8C striker plate damage, C&I replace damage striker plate. Plant back to operational.
 RC1 on PTW for removal and replacement of drum motors. RC1 cleaning not completed
due to faulty brakes on drum motors, no spares. RTS:2024-01-15

Ash Plant
 Ash plant on load dumping ash at AS 2.
 Silo1 @ 3.6m Silo2 @ 6.3m Silo3 @3.0m Silo4@ 2.1m Silo5@ 2.2m Silo6@ 2.9m

LP Services
 Potable water head tank level @2.07m.
 CSY TRF HSE 6 PTW for repairing of fire water leak, Issued. RTS 2023-12-29.
 HP fuel oil bank 50 PTW for replacement of thyristor relay revoked, plant back on load.
o No running feedback due to K07 relay faulty settings, SE(Nthando) notified and
busy attending.
 North fuel oil plant tripped due to HP pre-heater min flow.
o The LP reg station valve (00EGC17AA001) was not regulating and open to 99.8%
o The control valve was open manually and selected back to remote after starting.
o C&I engineer still investigating the root cause.
o HP heater bank 20 heater 2 (00EGD20AC002) is not operational due to faulty
safety relay. EMD sourcing spares.
 Fuel oil tankers offloaded: 0 | Tanks @ 10.6m
 Potable water inlet valve open limit signal is simulated. C&I and engineering are
investigation. OON is in force.
