This study aims to investigate the complex impact of work-related stress and trauma on

military personnel in their personal and professional lives. The study's goal is to capture the
various perspectives and experiences of members of the military community through
interviews with active officers and veterans. Also, the study intends to distribute a structured
survey to a targeted sample of military people in order to collect quantitative data on their
experiences with stress and trauma in the workplace, which will help further refine the
analysis.

Using a mixed-methods approach, this study aims to shed light on military personnel's
coping techniques and the challenges that they face while dealing with work-related
pressures. The combination of subjective observations and statistical information is expected
to provide an in-depth understanding of the complexity surrounding stress and trauma in
the military environment. Finally, the study's findings aim to inform the creation of
specialized treatments and support systems by making helpful recommendations to
lawmakers, human resource experts, and mental health practitioners. It is intended that
such programs would help to improve the mental and physical health of military personnel
in the face of the specific challenges of their job.
