Stress? Do Some Exercise

Exercising is some thing that we should... no, I mean we must to do atleast once a week. Eventhough
you have a solid schedule about your activites, please spend your time to exercising, like you can
streching, yoga, workout, sports, ect. Your solid schedule can make your body get weaker and stressful
your sleep time is bad. That're the most common case nowadays. Exercise doesn't depend on how long
you do it, you can also do it in a short time, at least 5 minutes. How important is exercising for us? These
are some of the benefits.

Exercising can reduce your stress level. According to www.mayoclinic.org, Exercising improves your
mood and reduce Negative effects of stress. It can make your brain, muscle, and bone is more relax. All
parts of the body will be active so that the body releases happy hormones.

Exercising can also improves your sleep quality. As we know before that exercising can reduce our stress
level, excessive stress will make our brain (mind) tired so that it can disturb our body to rest and relax
and make our head dizzy, that's why we can't sleep properly. With a relaxed body, it more easier for us
to sleep because our bodies get tired, not our brain (mind). So that after you sleep, all of your energy is
gonna recovered again.

There are still many benefits of exercising. Exercising is very important for our body. It can make us
healthier and stronger. I hope you can do some exercise in your solid schedule. Remember, in this
modern era, we often sit still rather than move actively.
