Subject: Request for Certificate of Employment

Dear Mam,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to request a Certificate of Employment from the Supreme
Court to support my intention to transfer to another school of law. The reason behind my plan to
transfer is to avoid conflicts in my schedule while working.

Currently, I am enrolled as a student at College of Law at Mindanao State University Main Campus,
pursuing my legal studies with utmost dedication. However, as I continue my academic journey, I have
taken up a job opportunity related to my field of study that requires me to work during regular business
hours.

Balancing the demands of a full-time job and my studies has become increasingly challenging, leading to
unavoidable conflicts in my schedule. Unfortunately, the rigidity of my current law school's class timings
clashes with my work hours, hindering my ability to fulfill both responsibilities effectively.

To address this predicament and ensure that I can continue my education without compromising the
quality of my work performance, I have decided to seek admission to College of law of Mindanao State
University IIT, where the flexible class schedules align better with my work commitments. This transfer
will allow me to manage my time efficiently, maintain the high academic standards I have set for myself,
and excel in my professional pursuits.

As part of the transfer application process, College of law of Mindanao State University IIT, requires
applicants to submit a Certificate of Employment to verify their enrollment and academic status at their
current institutions. I believe that obtaining a certificate from the esteemed Supreme Court will not only
validate my enrollment but also enhance my chances of acceptance at the desired institution.
