Dear Mayor Ramos,

We see a continuous rise in dengue cases since last Friday in our municipality, after almost 10 days of
zero case. A dengue death case was also reported 2 weeks ago.

We deem it of utmost importance to realign our health budget to cover for DENGUE PREVENTION AND
CONTROL PROGRAM.

Here is our proposed additional budget:

Dengue misting solution 10 bottles Php 5,000 / bottle Php 50, 000.00
IV Fluid (1 L plain NSS) 50 bottles Php 150.00/bottle 7,500.00
IV set inc. cannula 50 sets Php 150.00/set 7,500.00
Paracetamol 500 mg tablet 10 boxes Php 230.00/box 2,300.00
Paracetamol 250 mg syrup 72 bottles Php 50.00/bottle 3,600.00
